Remember when I ran into Angie of The Hotness Your Momma Warned You About and proclaimed we would be great friends? That wasn't an idle threat. We finally got together today and made the sparks fly over Bloody Marys where we discussed, among other things: bocce ball, Pauly D, guys with tattoos, Lush hair products, the awesomeness of free food, and the difficulty of deciding what to wear in SF when the temperature breaks 70 degrees (we don't own any tank tops).
In case you don't believe that I actually made a friend, here are our Awkward Family Photos of the event. Look at us LAUGHING and being DELIGHTED by each others' company:
That, people, is genuine fondness you see. Genuine fondness and my prominent lady adam's apple. Note to self: do not throw head back when laughing. Yeeesh.
Tomorrow is forecast to be even warmer than today was, so I'm looking forward to barbecuing in our much neglected backyard and getting some sun on my Twilight skin.
You guys both look amazing! :D I love your blue dress :)
